Southern Carolina Housing, the non-profit organization of the Housing Authority of the City of Lumberton (HACL), was established as a Section 501(c)(3) for the promotion of social welfare through providing:

• Promote the Development, Establishment, or Expansion of Industries for Low and Moderate-Income Families
