Stop - Slow Down - Stop
Please keep safety first.
Come to a COMPLETE stop at all stop signs and maintain a maximum speed of 5 MPH.
Violators will receive a noncompliance notice.
Be a Good Neighbor
Be courteous of your neighbors.
We are all home a little more than normal right now, so please be mindful and aware of your daily noise!
Music, television, etc. need to be at a respectful volume even outside of quiet hours.
Beat the Heat
- Adjust your thermostat settings. To cool your apartment do not push your AC unit more than 5 degrees cooler than the room temperature. Take slow steps to get to your desired temperature.
- Do not turn your unit off. If you leave it on once you have reached your desired temperature, your unit will not have to work as hard to get there.
- Keep your home clean from dust, dirt, and debris. This will all get sucked into your cooling system.
Pet Waste
Clean up after your dog and dispose of waste immediately. All dogs must be on a leash and within your control.
