SUBJECT: Notice of Updated Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan

DATE: June 30, 2023

Notice is hereby given that the Housing Authority of the City of Lumberton is revising its Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan.  

The proposed Administrative Plan is available for review beginning 06/30/2023 to 08/1/2023 physically at the HACL's office located at 407 N. Sycamore Street, Lumberton, NC 28358.  Normal operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Written comments on the proposed revisions to the 2023 HCV Administrative Plan must be addressed to "Attention: HACL 2023 HCV Administrative Plan/ Steven Harrell" 407 N. Sycamore Street, Lumberton, NC 28358 or via email at: sharrell@lumbertonhousing.org and must be received by 1 PM on 08/1/2023.
