Online Payments and Applications Suspended Until Further Notice

The Lumberton Housing Authority will be transitioning to a new system of record over the next few weeks.  To reduce any record errors during data transition, we have disabled the following:

- Online Applications are suspended until further notice.  
Public Housing applications MUST be submitted in person at 307 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Lumberton, NC 28358.  Active applications prior to 10 July 2024 are not affected.  
Housing Choice Voucher applications are NOT being accepted at this time and will remain CLOSED.

- Online Rent Payment are suspended until further notice.  Any automatic payments must be cancelled by the tenant.
